Plus 1 Makes 4!

This is my jam!  Family Lifestyle sessions have become one of my new favorite love affairs.  I'm seeing a lot of #shamoftheperfect on Instagram, and that hashtag speaks to me on So. Many. Levels!  I'm not here to document contrived versions of anyone -- I'm here to document the pretty, the messy, and the everything in between.  I want to preserve it with honesty, because within our everyday moments are pockets, and it's in those pockets where I find magic.  The good stuff!  If you can find beauty in the everyday messy life, I want to be your girl!  
     

This blog is in full B&W, because sometimes stripping it all away allows light and shadow and mood to be present.  And shouldn't an image be all about the story, how it makes you feel, and how it resonates thereafter?....

No words!  One day, this little baby will probably tower over his sister.  But for right now, we get to see big sister's thumb touching the itty-bitty newness of her little brother's toes!
