"Find your tribe, love them hard"

There is nothing more EPIC than the end-of-year holiday party The Smile Lodge hosts.  Period!  This is the second year that I have had the good fortune of documenting this celebration.  

The evening kicks off with a bit of mingling and cocktails.  It then gets right down to business talking about success, growth, and future goals.  From there, it honors those employees who have put in their time through the years (silver and gold bear pins), recognizing their commitment to the business and brand, and even being recognized (chosen by fellow co-workers) for just being all-around awesome!  And this year they added a new category... On Fire Brand Ambassador.  These employees go above and beyond, and are pretty bada$$!  It's all about recognition, celebration and love!  

I love that I am called upon to document The Smile Lodge's many adventures!  With that, I will let the images below speak for themselves.  The Smile Lodge works hard and plays hard(er)... and they certainly have found their tribe!  And it's definitely okay if you're looking at this blog and wishing you could be part of it all!
