Ashley & Joey are Married :: Pt 1

This past Fall, I had the pleasure of documenting the vows of Ashley & Joey.  It was a highly anticipated wedding, especially after the ease of their Engagement Session.  Perhaps people may wonder how I can evoke certain emotions in my clients.  There was a mini-team of creatives at this wedding (2 separate photographers and a videographer), and Ray & Jessica saw first hand what kind of A-game I bring.  My secret weapon?  Tomfoolery!  And snappy wit lol!  Ray of Ray Beers Media, Jessica of 1830 Photography, and myself had amazing synergy, and I love the idea of having three artists working their own separate magic.  We made a pretty fantastic trio, and the end result is surely full of so many perspectives, with so much to love!

I get Joey & Ashley's humor.  And they have good taste in beer (I never drink on the job, but once I'm off the clock, I've been known to share a drink with a bride & groom from time to time).  Their Engagement Sesh was easy-breezy.  They shared a round to loosen the vibe, and they rocked their session!  If you haven't seen where their story begins, I suggest taking a peep at that session by clicking here.  

Fast forward to the wedding day.  So much emotion.  So many details.  Love & support from all of their closest family and friends.  All of the best things that make for an epic day.  Ashley had creamy, porcelain skin -- making her a stunning and flawless bride!  She has a playful sensibility, which you will see sprinkled throughout.  (Ahem, reenacting old times with her bestie.... you'll see lol).  But those nose-crinkle laughs?  My absolute fave!  Joey is a bit more introspective, but has an abundance of undeniable passion for Ashley.  Getting the genuine smiles out of him takes all of my nonsense (or catching the unscripted moment at the right time).  It's a skill lol!
