Ian :: Senior

This session was the better part of 2 months in the making!  With the crazy summer weather (rain or oppressive heat, take your pick), along with sports and a work schedule, this was a long time coming.  But, I'm quite certain we smashed it out of the park!  An original location I had in mind fell through due to the higher-than-normal water levels.  I took Ian's mom to The Georgi and some of the surrounding areas beforehand, and it seemed to be a perfect fit!

The light was dreamy, and I adored Ian's reaction to his surroundings -- he seemed to revel in the spaces with the flowing water.  Keeping true to my style, we chased the sunlight.  And Ian's mom discovered a great new space to make images (as you will see toward the end of the blog).

Ian, thank you so much for your quiet kindness, and for trusting in the process.  I was able to capture your essence.  And enjoy your final year as a senior.  Big plans await you... the Math World will be so lucky to have you!

PS -- I have a box of tissues for you, Heather.  From one Cancer mom to another, an overabundance of tears are a VERY REAL thing!

xoxo
