Easton & Lincoln 

I have been photographing these two little fellas for a few years now (the oldest, anyway, since the younger one is still only a toddler).  A sister will be joining them in the Fall, and I look forward to meeting her with my camera (and learning her name)!  I love the boys' names (Easton & Lincoln), and I love their spirits!

Easton and I talked Mario Kart, and throwing up rocker hands ("devil horns") for many of his images!  He even grabbed my hand at one point, and we walked hand-in-hand down the road.  He already has a glimmer of sarcasm that I can appreciate.  And he is a super-duper big brother (as evident in the image above).

I primarily chased Lincoln, letting him lead.  He is at an exploratory stage -- wild and free.  He played shy for the first few minutes... but it didn't take long for him to warm up to the idea of an adult following him around with a camera.  I captured his authenticity by just letting him be.

A little bit of High-5 action!  :)

I love everything about this image!  Lincoln is using his tip-toes because he's just not quite tall enough to reach yet.  That, and his jeans are little damp and sandy from the slide.  (With all of this rain, it is of no surprise that a pool of water was at the bottom of the slide.  I tried wiping it down, but I think his bum must have absorbed the remnants).
