Chloe

This senior is near and dear to my heart!  Her mother Jess and I go back, like, way back.  Kindergarten years kind of back - circa 1985!  And I have photographed Chloe on and off through the years, from my Minolta XG-1 film days in college to my current digital Sony a900.

This flaxen blonde, blue-eyed beauty is ambitious and goal-oriented!  Striking in her appearance, she is a force that knows no boundaries!  She is graduating a year in advance, and she can play the french horn like nobody's business!  Talk about an amazingly gifted girl!

We spent the afternoon chasing light, and the results are a broad collection of Chloe's here-and-now moments.  Youth can be fleeting, but an image always serves as a reminder.  And it's good to be reminded, especially of the places and faces that we love!

Much love to you, Chloe!  Now go blaze that trail!!

I love how diverse this collection is, with all of the different moods and tones captured!

LOVE this b&w!

This image of Chloe's eye was her idea!  It would have made a cool CD cover back in the '90s .  And speaking of CDs, that was one of the things I loved about buying them... for their cover art (as well as the music).  Ah, the 90's, the good ol' days...
